    • Change air filters monthly

     

    • Buy a year's supply of filters on Jan. 1st

     

    • Very Important if you have allergies.
  • Wipe down inside of fridge and replace baking soda in fridge to keep a fresher smelling refrigerator
    Flip your mattress and vacuum your mattress and/or box spring. Bed bugs are a real thing!!

 

  • Clean baseboards and trim
    Inspect and reseal grout/caulk as needed in tiled areas – This keeps water from traveling and bugs out!
    Wash range hood ventilation filters
  • January - Do a home safety check – replace your batteries once a year in your smoke detector and C02 detector. Check all locks, and look for things like loose knobs, shelves, tripping hazards.

 

  • Vacuum fridge coils – helps your refrigerator operate more efficiently.
    Anytime: Review renters or homeowner's insurance and photograph any new items before it's time to renew your policy

Book a chimney sweep if you have a chimney. Very important for wood burning fireplaces
